Para emitir la muestra del Formulario F900C debes primero seguir los siguientes pasos:

1. Completar todos tus datos de operador.
2. Completar la carga de al menos un Establecimiento.
3. Completar la carga de al meno una Cuenta Bancaria.
4. Presentar toda la documentación Adjunta. (Ver requisitos)

Al seguir todos estos pasos el sistema te entregará una copia del Formulario

Para finalizar el proceso debes hacerlo firmar por un escribano o juez de paz.

Subir una copia digital (escaneo) del formulario firmado en la opción de documentación.

Esta documentación será revisada por la Dirección de Operadores y será aprobada o rechazada según corresponda.
